A four-year-old Nigerian girl, Rayna Chiziterem Okoli, has died after she was struck by an SUV in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The heartbreaking incident occurred on the evening of June 14 in the McConachie area of the city. According to police, Rayna was with her mother near the intersection of 66 Street and 170 Avenue when she suddenly broke away and ran onto the roadway.
She was hit by a Jeep travelling along the street, prompting immediate intervention from witnesses who rushed to assist and alerted emergency responders.
