Phyna, Nkechi Blessing Set for Celebrity Boxing Showdown in Lagos
BBNaija star Phyna and Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing are set to settle their recent social media dispute in the boxing ring on October 1 in Lagos.
The celebrity bout, tagged “Phyna vs Nkechi,” will take place at the Federal Palace Hotel as part of Balmoral Group Promotions’ “Chaos in the Ring” series.
The matchup follows a heated online exchange between the entertainers, with Nkechi criticising Phyna’s frequent involvement in social media disputes and Phyna questioning why the actress addressed her publicly after they had previously communicated over a movie project.
The event will also feature professional boxing and celebrity entertainment, with previous editions involving Portable, Charles Okocha, Speed Darlington and Carter Efe. The organisers said the October 1 show will be broadcast live on DAZN and SuperSport.
