Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Ghana at the Moulay Rachid Stadium in Casablanca.

In-form striker Marie Gisèle Ngah Manga proved to be the difference-maker yet again, converting a clinical 19th-minute penalty after a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review.
