EFCC Arraigns Blessing CEO Over Fresh Alleged N13 Million Fraud Case
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned social media influencer and self-styled relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, over an alleged N13 million fraud case.
The arraignment took place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, before Justice Yelim Bogoro of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to the EFCC, the defendant is facing a six-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and retaining proceeds allegedly linked to fraudulent activities amounting to N13 million.
The anti-graft agency said the charges followed petitions submitted by individuals and organisations, including the Nigeria Cancer Society.
The EFCC alleged that Blessing CEO solicited financial donations from members of the public after claiming on social media that she was battling Stage 4 breast cancer and needed funds for treatment.
Investigators further alleged that documents presented in support of the fundraising campaign were later found to be false.
The case has been brought before the court, and the allegations remain subject to judicial determination.

Further proceedings are expected as the trial continues.
