“Hard to Miss”: Trump Makes Bold Remark About Nicki Minaj’s Backside
United States President Donald Trump has sparked attention after complimenting rapper Nicki Minaj’s backside during a political rally in Port Huron, Michigan, ahead of the November midterm elections.
Trump made the remark on Sunday while addressing supporters alongside Minaj, who joined him in backing Republican candidates during the campaign event.
Referring to the rapper while discussing his earlier comments about Ohio Republican Senator Jon Husted’s physique, Trump said, “By the way, I looked at one hell of a beautiful ass before – Nicki Minaj.”
He continued, “That’s hard to miss. That – stand up! That’s hard to miss,” prompting Minaj, who was seated among the audience, to stand as the crowd cheered.
Trump later returned to his speech, telling the rapper, “OK, I’m going to get back to my story, Nicki.”
He added, “I hope Nicki wasn’t insulted, but we love Nicki. She’s been with us for a long time,” acknowledging her longstanding support.
Minaj travelled to Michigan aboard Air Force One with Trump before appearing at the rally, where she joined the president in supporting Republican candidates ahead of the November elections.
