UFC Star Joins WWE NXT Halloween Havoc in Special Role
UFC lightweight Michael Chandler is set to appear at WWE NXT: Halloween Havoc 2026 next week, taking on the role of special guest enforcer for the unsanctioned match between Cruz Montana and Dion Lennox. NXT General Manager Robert Stone announced Chandler’s involvement on social media.
The unsanctioned contest is presented outside WWE’s usual sanctioned match structure, with the company stating that it waives responsibility for the bout. Chandler’s appearance adds another chapter to his growing association with WWE, following his appearance at SummerSlam 2026 in Minnesota.
Chandler previously made a televised WWE appearance during RAW in February 2024, when he challenged Conor McGregor to a fight that never materialised. McGregor later returned to the UFC in July 2026, losing to Max Holloway at UFC 329.
