Woman Bites Husband’s Testicles During Heated Cheating Confrontation
A 29-year-old woman, Sharlene Rutendo Munenga, has appeared in court after allegedly biting her husband’s testicles during a heated confrontation over suspected cheating.
Munenga was remanded in custody pending a bail hearing after prosecutors claimed the incident left her 33-year-old husband with injuries requiring hospital treatment.
The incident reportedly occurred at the couple’s home in Dzivarasekwa, Harare, about two weeks ago, at approximately 9:30 am.
According to prosecutor Takudzwa Jambawo, Munenga had confronted her husband over suspicions that he was involved in an extramarital affair.
The argument allegedly escalated after she became angry with his response, eventually leading to a physical confrontation.
Prosecutors told the court that Munenga bit her husband on one of his testicles during the altercation, leaving him with injuries serious enough to require hospital admission.
A medical affidavit detailing the alleged injuries is expected to be presented as evidence during the proceedings.
Munenga reportedly spent the weekend in custody following her arrest and remains detained pending her bail hearing.
