Arsenal Prepare January Move for Rising Striker Nicolo Tresoldi
Arsenal are reportedly preparing an offer for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi as they look to beat Aston Villa and Chelsea in the race for the 22-year-old German youth international. Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool are also monitoring the forward, who could leave the Belgian champions for a record fee in January.

Tresoldi has quickly emerged as one of Europe’s exciting young attacking prospects since joining Club Brugge from Hannover 96 in July 2025. He recorded 23 goals and nine assists in 58 appearances during his debut season and has continued his impressive form in the 2026/27 campaign, scoring 12 goals in 14 outings, including a recent Champions League hat-trick.

Arsenal’s reported interest comes amid concerns over Viktor Gyokeres’ form, with the club potentially considering changes to their attack in January. Aston Villa are also seeking reliable attacking options, while Chelsea remain among Tresoldi’s reported suitors despite having several forwards. With multiple European clubs interested, Arsenal may need to act quickly to strengthen their position in the transfer race.
