Dana White Calls New UFC Signing ‘Greatest Talent’ After Stunning 19-Second KO
Undefeated lightweight prospect Akbar Abdullaev has secured a UFC contract after producing a devastating 19-second knockout on Dana White’s Contender Series.

The 28-year-old dropped Brazil’s Ednilson Barros Santos with a thunderous right hand after attacking the body early, forcing the referee to stop the fight immediately.
Impressed by the spectacular finish, UFC president Dana White hailed Abdullaev as potentially the greatest talent to appear on the Contender Series, predicting that he could become a major star in the sport.

Abdullaev, now 14-0 with a 93 per cent stoppage rate, joins a stacked UFC lightweight division featuring stars such as Justin Gaethje, Ilia Topuria and Paddy Pimblett.
