Tyson Fury Claims Conor McGregor Copied His Trash-Talk Style
Tyson Fury has claimed that Conor McGregor copied the trash-talking style that helped make the Irish UFC star a global combat-sports sensation.
Fury said he has been using his loud and unpredictable approach since the beginning of his career, insisting that talking is part of the entertainment in boxing.
The former heavyweight champion believes fans pay to see more than just the fight. For him, the press conferences, drama and mind games are all part of the show.
Fury and McGregor have never fought each other, but both have built huge profiles around their ability to generate attention before stepping into the ring or Octagon.
