Inter Milan Renew Interest in Super Eagles Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye Ahead of January Window
Italian giants Inter Milan have reportedly renewed their interest in Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye as they consider strengthening their goalkeeping department ahead of the January transfer window. The Serie A champions have been monitoring the Udinese shot-stopper following his impressive performances, with concerns reportedly growing over Josep Martinez’s inconsistent displays.

Okoye enjoyed a strong campaign, recording 10 clean sheets and conceding 30 goals in 32 appearances. Since joining Udinese from Watford in 2023, the Nigerian international has registered 21 clean sheets in 85 appearances across all competitions, further attracting attention from the Italian champions.

According to reports, Udinese value Okoye at €20 million, although Inter have yet to submit an official offer or open negotiations. Udinese are also reportedly considering Polish goalkeeper Bartosz Mrozek as a potential replacement should Okoye leave during the winter transfer window.
