BBNaija S11: Nomy Disqualified After Defying Big Brother
Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Whitney Chukwu, popularly known as Nomy, has been disqualified from the reality show after repeatedly going against the rules.
The 27-year-old fashion entrepreneur was ordered out of the Big Brother house following what Big Brother described as persistent disregard for his instructions.
Nomy’s latest violation happened while she was serving as the week’s bench warmer. She was expected to remain on her assigned bench and keep the designated vest with her.
However, she reportedly left the bench and abandoned the vest despite instructions to do otherwise.
Addressing her conduct, Big Brother told Nomy that her continued defiance could no longer be overlooked and revoked her privilege to participate in the competition.
She was subsequently instructed to leave the house immediately, bringing her BBNaija journey to an unexpected end.
Nomy, who hails from Anambra State, had entered the show with hopes of winning the 11th season and making a name for herself through the platform.
Her time in the house, however, was not without tension, as some housemates had complained about her attitude and described their interactions with her as difficult.
The disqualification means Nomy will no longer compete for the grand prize as the remaining housemates continue their race to the final.
