Russian Strikes Damage Kyiv Bridge as Attacks Kill Six in Ukraine
Russian attacks across Ukraine have killed at least six people and damaged a key bridge in Kyiv, disrupting movement in the capital for a third consecutive day.
Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko said the Northern Bridge was damaged, forcing authorities to suspend traffic after the strike affected the road surface and trolleybus cables. No casualties were reported at the bridge.
Russia’s Defence Ministry confirmed the attack, saying the bridge was used to support troop movements and military logistics. The latest strikes come amid an escalation in long-range attacks between Russia and Ukraine.
