Renato Moicano and Farman Hasanov Taken to Hospital After UFC Halloween
Renato Moicano and Farman Hasanov were taken to a local hospital for precautionary medical evaluations following their fights at UFC Vegas 123 on Saturday, October 31, at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas. UFC officials confirmed that both fighters required CT scans of their heads and faces, although their results had not been publicly disclosed at the time of reporting.
Moicano suffered a third-round technical knockout defeat to Tom Nolan in the main event after a controversial second-round sequence. Despite appearing to control Nolan with a body triangle, referee Dan Miragliotta stood the fighters up. Nolan then landed damaging strikes and eventually secured the stoppage with ground-and-pound in the third round. The defeat leaves Moicano with one win in his last four appearances.

Hasanov, meanwhile, suffered a doctor-stoppage loss to Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani after sustaining a severe cut across his left eyelid in the third round. The ringside physician ruled that he could not safely continue, ending Hasanov’s unbeaten record and leaving him with a 1-1 UFC record. Updates on both fighters’ conditions were still awaited.
