Peter Obi Will Win 2027 With or Without Igbos — Fayose
Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has predicted victory for Peter Obi in the 2027 presidential election.
Fayose said Obi would win the election regardless of the level of support he receives from the Igbo people.
He made the claim in a video shared on his official Facebook page on Wednesday.
He also criticised Igbos supporting the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government, describing them as “wicked.”
According to Fayose, no Igbo politician in the last 40 years, except the late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, had achieved what Obi has accomplished politically.
“Any Igbo man supporting this APC government is a wicked Igbo man,” Fayose said.
He further described Igbos who do not support Obi as “wicked and jealous,” insisting that the former Anambra State governor would win with or without their backing.
“Any Igbo man that does not support Peter Obi is a wicked and jealous Igbo man. You all should know that with or without you, Obi will still win come January 2027,” he said.
Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, is seeking the presidency under the Nigeria Democratic Congress in the 2027 general election.
