VIDEO: 68 Passengers Escape Death as Enugu Air Plane Crashes at Benin Airport
Sixty-eight passengers escaped death on Thursday after an Enugu Air aircraft crashed while landing at the Benin Airport in Edo State.

The aircraft, with registration number 5N-ENR, was reportedly operating on the Enugu–Benin–Lagos route when the incident occurred.
The plane reportedly ran beyond the runway after landing and veered into a nearby bush.
Officials of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) were said to have responded swiftly and evacuated all the passengers from the aircraft. No casualty was reported.

A video from the scene shows the aircraft after it came to a stop away from the runway, with the footage offering a glimpse of the aftermath of the incident.
The number of crew members on board could not be immediately confirmed.
The cause of the crash remained unknown as of the time of filing this report, while investigations are expected to begin.
Aviation authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
