Rollins Backed to Dethrone Reigns as Covington Opens Up on WWE Talks
Former UFC star Colby Covington has revealed he has held talks with WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H about a possible move to the company.
However, he said his immediate focus remains on Real American Freestyle, where he is an investor, adding that WWE’s demanding travel schedule would be the biggest challenge if he eventually joins the promotion.
Meanwhile, Brie Bella is preparing for Saturday Night’s Main Event with help from her husband, Bryan Danielson, who has her studying classic Randy Savage matches as part of her training.
Brie and Paige are set to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid at Madison Square Garden.
WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has also backed Seth Rollins to defeat Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam 2026. Ray argued that changing the title would strengthen WWE’s storytelling, saying Rollins is the right man to end Reigns’ reign.
