Hanks Anuku Speaks Out After Viral Abuja Video Sparks Concern
Veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has finally responded after a viral video showing him on a street in Abuja triggered widespread concern among fans and social media users.

In a fresh video shared by a man who said he recently met the actor in the Federal Capital Territory, Anuku appeared composed as he addressed the public reaction to the footage that had circulated online.
Dismissing fears about his wellbeing, the actor insisted he was doing fine and urged Nigerians to focus on more pressing issues.
“Y’all haven’t seen anything yet. Y’all should face your government and leave me the hell alone. If you don’t have a better thing to do, go do something. I’m good,” he said.
The statement comes days after a disturbing video surfaced online showing the veteran actor lying by the roadside in the Wuse 2 area of Abuja while talking to himself and holding a disposable cup.
The clip quickly went viral, with many Nigerians expressing worry over his condition and calling for support for the actor, whose career made him one of Nollywood’s most recognisable faces.

Anuku’s latest appearance, however, suggests he is unfazed by the speculation, as he maintains that there is no cause for alarm and has appealed to the public to leave him alone.
