Reality TV Star Layla Taylor Reveals She Is Bisexual, Confirms Relationship With Woman
Reality television personality Layla Taylor has publicly shared that she is bisexual, marking a significant personal milestone as she also confirmed she is currently in a relationship with a woman.
The The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star made the revelation during an appearance on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast, released on Monday, the final day of Pride Month.
Taylor explained that she chose not to speak publicly about her sexuality earlier because she needed time to fully understand her feelings.
“I didn’t know if it was just a phase,” she said, adding that she wanted to be certain before discussing such a personal part of her life.
Taylor also reflected on how the end of her marriage to Clayton Wessel gave her the space to embrace her identity. The former couple share two sons.
Although she disclosed that she is now dating a woman, Taylor decided to keep her partner’s identity private.
She further revealed that several of her co-stars on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives only learned about her sexuality when she made the announcement publicly.
